We are what we are. Inspire Me Imagery was built around that exact expression. We started this company with the intent on doing things our way and not following the trends. We stay true to our beliefs that you are a person, not a number.
Inspire Me Imagery is here to offer couples a creative alternative to a traditional wedding photographer
We are here to offer you the most organic and openly creative wedding photography. The goal is to impress ourselves when we are photographing your wedding. This isn’t about how many couples we can book or how many sales we can make this month. This is about “How do I give next week’s couple something new? What new shots do I want to try capturing? How can I make their wedding photos stand out from their friend’s wedding photos?” We work to give our couples something that we love ourselves. We love doing what we do! This is not a job for us. This is a passion.
We are an open book for you to read. Photographer first, business second. It’s as simple as that. We are a young company giving couples a service we would want for ourselves. No pushy salespeople, no internet stalking, e-mail bombing, or constant phone calls. We are Inspire Me Imagery and we simply love what we do.

Our goal at Inspire Me Imagery is to give every single couple photos we would want for ourselves. Everyone on our team is creative, artistic, and passionate about their craft, but more importantly, our photographers are down-to-earth, easy-going, and friendly people who love what they do and are never pushy on your wedding day. We want you to have fun working with us! That's why we take such a personal approach to working with couples from start to finish. You'll get to know your photographer before your wedding day so that they feel more like a friend than a vendor. This helps them blend in, and helps everyone feel relaxed, which leads to natural smiles, moments, and emotions. Every couple is different, which is why we have very flexible packages so anyone who feels moved by our work can have awesome, beautiful, and unique photos to tell their wedding day story.

Who is this guy
What’s up! My name is John and I'm an owner and photographer for Inspire Me Imagery. Why else would this be up here, right? First and foremost, I'd just like to take this moment to explain some things. It should be obvious at this point that I love shooting weddings and most of the website is dedicated to that and my opinions on the subject, BUT here is a bit about me beyond that.
I love hiking and camping a lot. If you ever find yourself in the woods with me, it must mean you would have been in my top 8 on Myspace. I also love breweries, Star Wars, Dungeons and Dragons, and the mini school bus I converted into a camper. For most of my life, I’ve had a fascination with religious studies ( yes, for the fun of it). Pagan traditions and customs are my favorite. I’ll nerd out with you all day about the different witchy traditions and different paths. People's freedom of choice when it comes to spiritual paths dictates so much of who we are and where our moral compass points. I have an unquenchable love for nature and the outdoors. I spend way too much time getting lost in the woods, and for me, it's the best way for me to ground myself and clear my head before a wedding day. Photographing wildlife is the one thing that I will go into mountains of debt for.
Here is where I enter random thoughts
I used my 3D printer to make my son Stormtrooper armor and it’s my favorite thing ever.
YELLOWSTONE
Our little family trip to Yellowstone was beyond expectations. I couldn’t get enough of it and I can’t wait to go back.
Day Hike on Mt. Tammany
I can't think of anything better than being out in the woods in my free time. I love spending time out in the wild, and I especially love being out there with my family. This Fall we took another trip with our little guy up to Mount Tammany for some hiking. It really means the world to me that he actually enjoys being out on the trail.
Zion National Park
This place is incredible. I don't know what else to say about it. It's hard to put into words the vast feel of the whole park. My wife and I spent a few days taking our time hiking through the park and these pictures do it no justice. We stayed in a small yurt-style camp outside of the park and spent our days hiking The Narrows, Angel's Landing, Emerald Pools, The Grotto, and Weeping Rock. The fact that a place as beautiful as Zion National Park is an actual place in America blows my mind. It makes you very humble looking up at the giant cliffs. To see such a diverse landscape thriving all around these monumental cliffs. It makes you realize Mother Nature is a force that is so incredibly powerful and commands respect.
Someone say, Champagne Fountain?
Well, this isn't something that happens every day. Cheers to one of the most ridiculously fun couples I know. :)
A Trip to Stonehenge
Every year at the time of the Summer Solstice, people gather to welcome in the longest day of the year. To many, this is a time of celebration and a unique opportunity. On the eve of the Summer Solstice, Stonehenge is opened up to the public. They throw a giant festival in and around the stones all through the night leading up to the sunrise. I had the opportunity to actually participate and photograph this event and I can't even begin to explain how incredible this experience was. It's sad that over here, people sometimes view earth based spirituality as taboo, but over there, it's heritage and history. Get out there and experience the world; it's amazing what you can find.
